Belgium 800m to prepare for Olympics

Today, Achraf is flying out to Belgium for a warm up meet that will prepare him for the Olympics. The meet promises to be quick as the rabbit will be going through 400m in 50 seconds and 1:16 for 600m, Achraf hopes to run a new personal best and to keep the momentum running strong for Athens.

After a month of hard training, Achraf is ready to show to the world that he is ready to challenge for an Olympic medal later this month in Athens. So get ready for a Cous-Cous attack!
