A word uncomon to track and field but very comon to recreational golfers. Today Achraf is golfing at a tournament outside of Montreal with some of Canada's best athletes. For a guy that runs 1:45 over 800 metres and is accustomed to speed, golf is a sport that requires concentration, precision and relaxation. Achraf is enjoying his time away from the track after a long season. He is looking forward to October when he plans to get ready for his outdoor campaign.
