Rieti, Italy Grand Prix

Achraf Tadili the 2006 Canadian Champion ran a seasonal best time of 1:45.15 at the Rieti, Italy Grand Prix. Tadili was satisfied with his last race of the season and of his season as a whole. In Rieti Tadili passed the 600m mark in 1:17.5 and he remained in 2nd position until he faded over the final 80m. The highlights of Tadili’s season was his silver medal performance at the Commonweath Games in March and his win at the Canadian National Championships in August. Tadili will now focus on the 2007 season.
